- Identify risk factors for development of osteoporosis and osteopenia.
- Identify drugs that can cause osteoporosis or osteopenia.
- Describe the criteria for diagnosis of osteoporosis or osteopenia.
- Describe the criteria for initiation of pharmacotherapy for osteoporosis treatment and prevention.
- Describe the benefits (e.g. efficacy, etc.) of the agents used to treat and prevent osteoporosis.
- Describe the risks (e.g. ADR’s & DI’s, etc.) of the agents used to treat and prevent osteoporosis.
